Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Drive procurement activities and sourcing related to pipeline and fittings

  • Assist in formulating purchasing plan to control the material and storage cost

  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, product quality, inventory control and cost management

  • Cooperate and coordinate closely with the central factory, warehouse and shops on product quality and order

  • Develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers

  • Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system

  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 3-5 years of solid purchasing experience gained from building material firms or sizable firms
