Assistant QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with industry standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Manage and lead the QA team, set objectives, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
• Execute quality control plans for the company QA/QC functions including product quality and outgoing quality.
• Perform quality checking as per Quality Plan on every assembly line.
• Ensure all products meet quality and customer requirements before releasing to the next process.
• Ensure all defect products are identified and segregated accordingly in the production line by using relevant rework label / on hold label/ scrap label.
• Coordinate and prepare for external audits and certification reviews by ensuring all documentation and processes are in compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure rework jobs are done according to specification given before releasing the reworked filters to the next process.
