Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of the Company

  • Manage internal and external Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure timely response and closure

  • Review, maintain, and update QA processes, systems, and operational workflows
  • Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance performance beyond basic compliance to standards
  • Plan and conduct supplier quality audits, including qualification and re-certification of new and existing vendors
