Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quality (QA/QC)

Location: Parwanoo, HP

Experience Required: 4+ years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to ensure end-to-end quality compliance across skincare and cosmetic manufacturing. The role involves overseeing QA/QC

activities, documentation, audits, and quality checks from raw material to finished product

across multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality checks for RM, PM, bulk, and finished products for all commercial batches.
• Approve GRN, RM/PM release, and finished product release.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory quality standards.
• Maintain and update QA documentation, batch records, and audit reports.
• Support internal/external audits and manage quality deviations with CAPA.
• Monitor packaging material quality and provide QA support during new launches.
• Travel to manufacturing sites as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 4+ years of QA/QC experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Strong understanding of formulation, manufacturing processes, machinery, and packaging quality.
