About the role

We are currently seeking Assistant Quantity Surveyors to work across various projects based in Sydney. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with commercial activities and review Cost Plans and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  • Compile forecasts of cash inflow and outflow for projects.

  • Identify and classify risks and plan and implement mitigation measures within the project team.

  • Complete cost reporting and review in detail against budgets.

  • Preparation and submission of progress claims and ensuring their timely payment.

  • Read drawings and specifications and undertake measurement of elements.

  • Process claims for variations and additional entitlement to time & money.
