This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to assist Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors in various commercial capacities, focusing on maximising profit and controlling costs.

• Process and produce transparent weekly and monthly cost value reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely information
• Capture and allocate all relevant costs and liabilities
• Maintain long-term relationships with internal and external teams for effective transfer of information, ensuring relationships meet business needs
• Assist in managing opportunities and risks to the business, ensuring deviations from working practice are identified and highlighted
