Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established Groundworks contractor supporting leading housing developers across Wiltshire. Delivering high-quality groundwork services-including excavation, drainage, foundations, paving and more-they are now looking to expand their commercial team.

They are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to support the financial management of projects and help ensure successful, profitable delivery. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and site teams, contributing to cost control, commercial reporting, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out measurements and assist in preparing Bills of Quantities.
• Analyse project costs and produce regular financial reports for project teams.
