Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Regional Manager to support regional operations and assist the Regional Manager in driving sales performance and managing branch operations across the Mapusa region. This role is critical in achieving business targets, leading multiple branches, and strengthening overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the banking industry, a strong sales orientation, proven leadership capabilities, and experience in managing multiple branches.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional business targets.
