• Sales Review meet • Financial Services strategy meeting • Credit meeting • Lead Management System (LMS) strategy meeting • Monthly meeting with L & D manager to ensure training has been imparted as per the training calendars • JD implementation of all down-line hierarchies • Team Management and Development • Expansion of geography • Source Relationship management • Town Hall meetings •Market Intelligence • HDFC related relationship with BD Team, BM and technical team •Manage Product Mix
