Job Description
To assist Registrar/Registrar office in following functions
Regulatory Compliances
· To understand, draft and maintain correspondence/reports/data/statistics /liasioning, with regulatory bodies like UGC/PCI/AICTE & other state government bodies, as required from time to time.
· To ensure the constitution of all necessary Committees as per the University policies and UGC Regulations and schedule of the meetings
Governance and administration
· To assist in drafting of agenda, minutes of meetings, and compilation of data, sending Invites, printing, and maintenance of records for all statutory and other meetings of university.
· To liaison with schools and units for follow-up actions of various meetings.
Office administration
· To supervise and manage student admissions/registrations, eligibility, entry/exit information, organize and maintain all student records, including the secured rete...
