Assistant Relationship Manager & Execution Support

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports Relationship Managers by handling time-sensitive follow-ups, coordination, and sales-critical administrative tasks, enabling RMs to focus on partner acquisition and growth.

The role also provides an additional layer of checking and execution support for selected processes to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and overall partner experience, without altering existing reporting lines or ownership.

Regular/Daily

• Handle Capital Injection, Partial or Full Withdrawals (customized service for selected few)
• Compute, Prepare, and Execute Equity/UT trades (customized service for selected few).
• Assist RMs to Retrieve Data
• Liaise with Middle Office, Back Office, or even Compliance to find solutions
• Follow up with partners and end-clients if clarification or additional “approvals” are required
