Our client is looking for Assistant Relationship Manager to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to high net-worth clients. The individual would lead the sales and business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios.
Duties Include:
Manage a designated portfolio of clients effectively.
Deliver exceptional service to Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth clients.
Address customer needs, including foreign exchange and stock market orders, while promptly responding to inquiries and requests.
Act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and business support teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and service delivery.
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations during account openings.
