  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints

  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain performance standards

  • Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift planning

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and food safety regulations

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock control

  • Support cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and daily revenue reporting

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations

  • Assist in implementing promotions, special events, and service initiatives

  • Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required
