Job Description
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow
Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints
Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain performance standards
Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift planning
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and food safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock control
Support cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and daily revenue reporting
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
Assist in implementing promotions, special events, and service initiatives
Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required
