Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) - Benalla

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM), you'll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), helping to keep things running smoothly. This role requires a hands on approach to ensure the Restaurant consistently delivers excellence in the Team Member Experience, Customer Experience, and Business Growth workstreams. KFC will guide you through each workstream to ensure you have a full and impactful understanding of the tasks required.

You'll take charge of shifts, leading a dynamic team and making sure the Restaurant operates safely and efficiently. Team Members and Customers should always feel welcomed and supported, and you'll play a key role in creating that environment. You'll also focus on training and development, ensuring Team Members have the skills and confidence to succeed.
