With roots in soulful Lebanese-Australian hospitality and a reputation that speaks for itself, we’re expanding fast and looking for a passionate, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the charge.

About the role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high-performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You’ll help shape team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand).

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting daily restaurant operations as the Restaurant Manager’s trusted partner
  • Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
  • Training and coaching staff to build capability and confidence
  • Delivering consistent, exceptional guest service and quality food
  • Managing rosters and team scheduling
  • Supporting financial performance and helping the restaurant hit its targets
  • Maintaining Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards
  • Staying on top of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out

About you

  • You’ve led teams in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment
  • You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
  • You’re passionate about food, people, and great service
  • You’re a clear communicator who lifts others up
  • You’ve completed, or are willing to complete, your Food Safety Supervisor certification
