What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Leading shifts and delivering standout guest experiences
  • Coaching, training and motivating team members
  • Assisting with rosters, stock control, ordering and stocktakes
  • Helping with training plans, reporting and admin
  • Being a positive, visible leader during busy services
  • Keeping standards high across service, food safety and cleanliness

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters — no late nights
