What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading shifts and delivering standout guest experiences
- Coaching, training and motivating team members
- Assisting with rosters, stock control, ordering and stocktakes
- Helping with training plans, reporting and admin
- Being a positive, visible leader during busy services
- Keeping standards high across service, food safety and cleanliness
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters — no late nights
