What you’ll do:
In this role, you won’t just support the running of a restaurant — you’ll help set the stage for unforgettable moments.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you’ll ensure the flow of service and the rhythm of the kitchen stay perfectly in sync. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and help make excellence feel effortless. Reservations, table settings, events, guest feedback — you’ll handle them with style, precision, and a keen eye for detail.
Who you are:
Curious, open-minded, and guided by strong values
3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, with a genuine passion for service and guest care
A supportive leader who motivates the team and communicates with clarity and confidence
Exceptional in guest relations, service coordination, and event organization
Commercially aware — you understand budgeting, P&L dynamics, and cost control, and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving targets
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
