Key Responsibilities
- Assist with service leadership in a premium dining environment
- Deliver genuine, attentive guest experiences with a focus on wine and beverage excellence
- Support wine sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
- Help manage rostering, service flow and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with service standards, WHS and responsible service of alcohol
- Coach and develop front-of-house team members
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role
- Strong background in fine dining
- Demonstrated wine knowledge and wine sales experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organised, guest-focused, and calm during busy service periods
- Availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
