Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with service leadership in a premium dining environment
  • Deliver genuine, attentive guest experiences with a focus on wine and beverage excellence
  • Support wine sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
  • Help manage rostering, service flow and operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, WHS and responsible service of alcohol
  • Coach and develop front-of-house team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role
  • Strong background in fine dining
  • Demonstrated wine knowledge and wine sales experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organised, guest-focused, and calm during busy service periods
  • Availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
