Position Scope:
Within Brand Standards, effectively assisting the F&Bservices manager in managing the day to day running of multiple venues andevents across the resort. This includes but is not limited to rostering,adhering to labor forecasting budgets, implementing upselling opportunities,customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, delivering service standards,inventory, and supply management.

Priorities in the role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Respond appropriately to all guest needs and questions, ensuring we deliver an exceptional guest experience
