About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Manager at our Modbury store, the Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for leading our Retail Operations Team. The Operations team is responsible for ensuring our Savers customers and donors receive exceptional customer service.

A typical day might include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor in a big box environment
  • On a shift, providing leadership and supervision to a team of up to 12 team members
