About the Role:

We’re looking for a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join the Dotti team at our Carindale store! If you’re passionate about leading by example, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want you on board. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and create a lively, fun atmosphere in store.

This is a 28+ Hour Part Time role requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Help the Store Manager achieve sales and KPIs while keeping the vibe fun and customer-focused.
• Support your team with training and feedback to help them grow and develop.
