We're looking for a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join the Dotti team at our Booragoon store.

This is a great opportunity to take on a New challenge in the New Year , leading by example, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and create a lively, fun in-store atmosphere.

This is a part-time role (minimum 25 hours per week) requiring availability across weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Help the Store Manager achieve sales and KPIs while keeping the vibe fun and customer-focused.
• Support your team with training and feedback to help them grow and develop.
