Assistant Manager – Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Work Type: Field + Customer Interaction | 6-day work week (Weekends working)

Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Sales , you will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for driving sales in assigned micro-markets across Bengaluru. This role involves customer conversations, on-ground presence, and close collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Build relationships with channel partners (brokers)
  • Understand customer needs and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer data and sales records
  • Present product offerings and handle objections
  • Track competitors and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-first mindset with target orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Willingness to work weekends and travel within Bengaluru
