Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

About client - Our client is one of the UK’s foremost housing groups, managing a portfolio of quality, safe and affordable homes for over 100,000 customers. 

Experienced in Leasing & Sales of Commercial Assets (High end projects) 
Advising  on the market analysis and help them make a decision for Lease / Purchase 
Understand client’s financial situation and advise accordingly 
Sound Knowledge of Lease & Commercial Documentation. 
Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization. 
Good Negotiation Skills 
Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Presentation (PPT) skills 
Excellent communication in English 
Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development 
operative 
Has to have good CRM Skills. 
Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information 
Work with IPC’s, Brokers and create a pipeline of opportunities. Nurture Relationships 
Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales 
Has to be a Team Player 
Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of Commercial Properties 
Knowledge of Government Policies with Real Estate 


Requirements

5-7 years experience in real estate sales 
Male Candidate/Female candidate 
Has 2 wheeler 
Young  
English communication needs to be  crisp 
Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
Computer savvy with in-depth working knowledge of MS Office 
Smart, confident, and a go-getter
