POSITION SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in the leisure segment, with a strong understanding of key feeder markets, seasonal demand patterns, and wholesale dynamics. A proactive approach to developing relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and strategic partners across the international markets is essential.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to drive transient leisure revenue, and a focus on positioning Al Messila as a preferred luxury resort destination in Doha. The candidate should demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, market intelligence, and a structured approach to account management, while ensuring alignment with Marriott brand standards and revenue strategies.
