Position:  Assistant Sales Manager
Location:  Lucknow and Chandigarh
Industry:  HVAC (Preferred) / Engineering
Qualification:  B.E. / B.Tech
Experience:  8+ years

Job Profile:

  • Generate business requirements through clients, consultants, and architects for the company’s complete product range.
  • Establish and expand industrial business footprint in South India while driving sales in the Lucknow and Chandigarh region.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify new clients, industries, and market segments.

  • Conduct market research, gather intelligence on customer strategies, and provide timely insights to management.

  • Manage pre-sales and sales activities including tender preparation, technical & commercial documentation for AHUs.

  • Analyze business potential, create opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Coordinate with application, operations, and engineering teams to deliver customer-fit solutions.

  • Support tendering, finalizations, and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Drive brand visibility through PR and client engagement activities.

  • Prepare MIS reports, recommend process improvements, and ensure timely collection of payments/compliance documents.

  • Liaise with the factory for order placement, documentation, and dispatch coordination.

  • Independently handle technical assignments across pre-sales, sales, design, procurement, and execution stages.

  • Provide site-level application engineering and project support when required.
