Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily performance of Acquisition team handling new corporate clients. Drive target achievement across new sign-ups, activations, and new revenue.
  • Ensure high-quality pipeline creation through outbound, inbound, events, and channel marketing activities.
  • Monitor deal progression, ensuring timely follow-ups, scoping, solution design, and quoting accuracy.
  • Corporate Communications & Partnerships Management
  • Directly manage and guide the BD Associate in producing sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure BD initiatives directly support sales pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Strengthen the acquisition funnel—from lead generation to activation and expansion.
  • Team Management & Coaching
  • Manage BD associate and Acquisition lead to grow their corresponding new corporate client segments in both volume and quality of accounts.
