Responsibilities
- Oversee daily performance of Acquisition team handling new corporate clients. Drive target achievement across new sign-ups, activations, and new revenue.
- Ensure high-quality pipeline creation through outbound, inbound, events, and channel marketing activities.
- Monitor deal progression, ensuring timely follow-ups, scoping, solution design, and quoting accuracy.
- Corporate Communications & Partnerships Management
- Directly manage and guide the BD Associate in producing sales enablement materials.
- Ensure BD initiatives directly support sales pipeline creation and conversion.
- Strengthen the acquisition funnel—from lead generation to activation and expansion.
- Team Management & Coaching
- Manage BD associate and Acquisition lead to grow their corresponding new corporate client segments in both volume and quality of accounts.
