Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Noida. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, identifying sales opportunities, leading meetings with prospective clients, and collaborating with team members to optimize performance. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with real estate partners and ensuring that clients’ needs are met with the highest levels of service and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Business Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Leadership Abilities and Team Coordination Skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience in real estate industry or sales-related roles is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida
