About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Service Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our electrical and electronic equipment to clients across Calabarzon & Mimaropa. Your expertise in electrical/electronic engineering will be crucial in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with our products, identifying solutions to resolve problems efficiently
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment
- Liaise with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
