Join a global MNC to support customers with technical assistance, troubleshooting, and on-site setup. Full product training provided — no experience needed.

Job Details

  • Basic: Up to $3,200
  • Benefit: AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm
  • Walking distance from Lavender & Bendemeer MRT

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle product inquiries from sales reps and customers via phone/email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
  • Perform product application testing and support system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning at customer sites.
  • Deliver post-sales application training and update training manuals.
  • Support sales teams with technical presentations when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
