Job Details
- Basic: Up to $3,200
- Benefit: AWS + Variable Bonus
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm
- Walking distance from Lavender & Bendemeer MRT
Your Responsibilities
- Handle product inquiries from sales reps and customers via phone/email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
- Perform product application testing and support system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning at customer sites.
- Deliver post-sales application training and update training manuals.
- Support sales teams with technical presentations when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
