Wood’s CRW Corp., a second generation family owned Construction Equipment Distributor is seeking a qualified Assistant Service Manager to join our team at our Williston, VT location.

This position r eports to the Service Manager and is responsible for the effective performance of assigned functions within the service department, including:

• Assisting with prioritizing and scheduling service and repair of machines and equipment.


• Prioritizing key partner accounts and machine down situations.
• Effectively communicating with customer partners on the status of machine repairs.
• Utilize Intellitech system as a department resource.

Utilize the Volvo Active Care Direct (ACD) program:

• Register rental machines in ACD program.


• Monitor and respond to ACD Alerts as needed.
• Monitor monthly ACD reports.
