Responsibilities

  • Allocate and assign personnel for installation / service assignments.
  • Select sub-contractors for installation / service work requirements.
  • Advise service personnel on upgrading / changes of company's product.
  • Liaise with customer on technical issue.
  • Provide feedback on product non-conformity and technical issue to principal and company's head-quarter.
  • Ensure jobs completed by service personnel is according to customer requirement and specification of the equipment.
  • Ensure all documents on installation / service works are completed and ready for billing.
  • Ensure that proper maintenance and calibration is carried out for all test equipment.
  • Provide technical advice to the team & authorized dealers and help them to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
  • Provide technical advice and training if required to technical staffs including staff of the dealers.
