Assistant Site Manager

The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, including supervising safety, maintenance, and operations staff. This role helps manage the site’s Safety/ISO programs, purchasing, maintenance records, and financial planning. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site leadership and staff supervision

  • Assist with safety program coordination and ISO compliance

  • Handle administrative duties such as purchasing and budgeting

  • Maintain adherence to safety and maintenance protocols

  • Act as site lead in the Site Manager’s absence

  • Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Background in rock quarry or slag processing operations is a plus
