Assistant Solution ManagerAsia Pacific RegionIndonesiaIndonesia SubsidiaryApplyEngaged in technical proposals and solutions to meet corporate clients’ requirements. Define budget and schedule of projects based on sound and deep understanding of clients’ requirements Make or manage configuration and implementation of projects to ensure deliveries are satisfied on time and under budget. Manage and report on progress as scheduled Forge and manage contractual relations with suppliers, enable technical and commercial solutions to fuel sales team to win deals Engage in technical proposals and solutions to meet clients’ requirement Understand customer's environment and challenge, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer Prepare a design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Indonesia Unit Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom market Hands-on knowledge and experiences in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions projects Positive attitude, strong communication skills, Strong presentation, organization, time and project management skills Responsible, Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated, Self driven, customer oriented and able to work under pressure Chinese and English speaker is a must Bahasa Indonesia is a plus Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects
