The Opportunity
The Assistant State Manager role is key to our transformational journey and will allow you to lead programs and initiatives designed to grow/improve our business across the region, and have a sustainable impact on our team and customer culture. To be successful you will have the ability to think big picture and translate strategy into executable plans. You will also have strong people skills and a collaborative approach to achieving success.
What you’ll do
You will support the State Director and partner with Zone Operations Managers and state partners to drive and land key operational initiatives and focuses. Together you’ll bring an end to end comprehensive approach to all our strategic initiatives, leading the translation of strategy into executable plans in the state network.
You will:
Be a key member of our state leadership team, working together to create a great place to work and improve our customer experience time after time.
Be responsible for contributing to and bringing the strategy and culture to life throughout the states.
Inspire and lead large teams through change, working at scale and complexity
Actively participate in strategy implementation, aligning local initiatives with the broader organizational goals.
Lead and inspire large teams through periods of change, providing clear direction, open communication, and consistent support.
Manage complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution while prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, to drive collaboration and achieve mutual success.
What you’ll bring

You will bring;
Extensive large scale, multi-site or national leadership experience
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and partnering skills
Financial acumen and the ability to analyse information, identify trends and patterns
Proven change management and implementation experience
Flexibility to travel across the region
