What you’ll be working on
  • Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order.
  • Help create cleaning schedules for the team and be the main point of contact.
  • Ensure all stewarding team members arrive for their scheduled shift punctually and in clean uniforms.
