Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
- Support hotel-specific events or promotions through the store.
- Coordinate with hotel departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) for seamless guest experiences.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a hotel retail environment or hotel front office/F&B roles with retail exposure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock management software preferred.
- Experience with upselling or cross-promotions in hospitality settings.
