Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to motivate, train and develop a high‑performing team
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Handle customer service challenges
- Ensure store presentation and Visual Merchandising are of the highest standard
- Drive KPIs including sales
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to meet customer demand
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in leadership – fashion and footwear preferred but not essential
- Strong operational skills, with a focus on running an efficient, customer-focused store
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate survive and mentor a team
- Strong communication skills, both with your team and customers
- Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics
