Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to motivate, train and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Handle customer service challenges
  • Ensure store presentation and Visual Merchandising are of the highest standard
  • Drive KPIs including sales
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to meet customer demand

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in leadership- fashion and footwear preferred but not essential
  • Strong operational skills, with a focus on running an efficient, customer-focused store
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
  • Strong communication skills, both with your team and customers
  • Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics
