Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager (AM) - Retail will manage one of CAVA's Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO). The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring brand standards, managing store operations, and coordinating with two Retail Executives to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience aligned with CAVA's fashion apparel positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA's pricing, discount, and promotion policies.

2. Store Operations

• Support smooth day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.
