Job Summary
The Assistant Manager (AM) – Retail will manage one of CAVA’s Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO). The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring brand standards, managing store operations, and coordinating with two Retail Executives to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience aligned with CAVA’s fashion apparel positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Ensure adherence to CAVA’s pricing, discount, and promotion policies.
2. Store Operations
- Support smooth day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit standards, and safety guidelines.
- Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
