Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service to ensure a safe, fun, and profitable playground environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory / assistant manager position experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily store operations.
• Ensure that all playground areas, facilities, and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth workflow during operating hours.
• Handle customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
