We are thrilled to welcome an experienced leader to new Frankston store! As the ASM you will provide authentic customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will train the team to become passionate & experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets and work together to achieve incredible results.
The ASM will:
Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction Inspire those they encounter through leading by example Work with the SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with the team Drive & manage KPIS daily Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets Support with stock, operations and VM Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
