As an Assistant Head Coach:

+ Creating a welcoming environment in the store to provide a unique shopping experience to our consumers
+ Building, leading, and developing a diverse team and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere
+ Managing store budgets and operations to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve the consumer satisfaction
