Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Manage and improve customer experience, ensuring high service standards and repeat business.

Plan and execute store sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to enhance productivity and performance.

Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and team coaching sessions.

Monitor and control inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

Ensure shrinkage control, loss prevention, and adherence to SOPs.

Analyze sales reports, KPIs, ATV, UPT, conversion, and take corrective actions.

Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively to maintain brand reputation.

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual standards at all times.

Coordinate with head office, warehouse, and regional managers for smooth operations.

Prepare rosters, manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
