Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Manage and improve customer experience, ensuring high service standards and repeat business.

  • Plan and execute store sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to enhance productivity and performance.

  • Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and team coaching sessions.

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

  • Ensure shrinkage control, loss prevention, and adherence to SOPs.

  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, ATV, UPT, conversion, and take corrective actions.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively to maintain brand reputation.

  • Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual standards at all times.

  • Coordinate with head office, warehouse, and regional managers for smooth operations.

  • Prepare rosters, manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
