For our Nike store located in Nicosia Mall, we are looking for an Assistant Store Managerthat will report to the Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager, you know how to make retail personal. It’s not about transactions, it's about connections. You will focus on execution, product presentation and service, to show your team and the customer what you know - what’s great about the product and why. To that end you will assist the Store Manager by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, team management, VM etc.) or by managing a floor/business in a store.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team to achieve and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide premium customer service, resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance team product knowledge and soft skills.
  • Step up in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager in structured retail context.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Possess team player mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus).
