Job Description

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maximising store profitability, and delivering high-quality customer service. You will help ensure the store meets KPIs, maintains company standards, and represents the brand professionally.

Customer Service

  • Deliver first-class customer service and support customer retention
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively
  • Drive service consistency across the store team

Sales

  • Support the achievement and exceeding of sales targets
  • Analyse sales and trade reports (e.g. Oracle, Trade Review) to support performance decisions
  • Maximise sales opportunities through effective use of in-store devices

Visual Merchandising

  • Execute weekly visual merchandising briefs and maintain visual standards
  • Ensure products, displays, and windows meet visual merchandising guidelines
