Job Description
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations across all departments
- Provide consistent floor leadership to drive sales, service standards, and execution
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and frontline associates
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management
- Reinforce merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and safety compliance
- Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management
- Monitor store KPIs and support action planning to improve sales, margin, and operational results
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and the local community
- Step into the Store Manager role as needed to ensure continuity of leadership
