Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Spencer's is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and drive sales. This full‑time position opens in Ontario, California.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $18.90–$19.15 (depending on qualifications and experience). Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain guest services standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in all store tasks to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop staff, manage inventory control, handle merchandising, and control expenses and shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18.
  • Prior retail or management experience required.
  • Ability to stand/walk/climb ladders for >8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
