The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager acts as the Business Owner of the store and is responsible for merchandising, financial management, sales staff supervision, and overall store leadership. This role leads a team of teammates in achieving sales and profitability targets. The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager maintains operational and merchandising excellence to deliver a customer experience unique to Under Armour.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and key performance indicators.
Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results.
